Josh Fant Memorial Scholarship
 

NCTC Baseball, using funds supplied by the NCTC Athletic Booster Club Scholarship Fund, has established the Josh Fant Memorial Scholarship.  Josh Fant was a freshman left-handed pitcher from Granbury, Texas who tragically died in the fall of 2007.  This scholarship will be awarded every spring to one player in his name.  
 
The NCTC baseball coach will identify the recipient of the Josh Fant Memorial Scholarship.  The recipient will embody the characteristics of Josh Fant including a competitive nature, a team player attitude, and a persevering on-field attitude.  The Fant family will be notified of each Josh Fant Memorial Scholarship selection.
