Access My Angel Account
ANGEL (A New Global Environment for Learning) will be the site used for students enrolled in an online or hybrid course. You must complete the ANGEL Orientation in order to access your online course. Your Angel account will be created approximately 24 hours after you enroll.
Access My Grades
Most instructors communicate and post grades through the web portal MyNCTC. You will need your NetID (last name, first initial, and six random digits) and your password or student ID ( nine digit number- no dashes). This information was sent in NCTC email sent to you when you applied. Many instructors will provide communication information in their syllabus.
Withdraw From a Course
Dual credit students can only withdraw from a course using the Dual Credit Withdrawal Form. This form requires signature approval from counselor, parent, and instructor. Instructor signature is waived for online courses. Dual Credit students cannot withdraw online. Form can be faxed, mailed, or delivered in person to any campus.
Complete an Application
Dual credit students can apply online at www.applytexas.org or with a paper application. An Instructions for Applying Online is available for completing the online application.
Dual Credit students can purchase textbooks in person on the Corinth, Gainesville, or Flower Mound campuses. Online Textbook Purchase is also available.
Requesting a Transcript
Dual Credit students are encouraged to request a transcript that can be sent to their high school or for their personal files. Students can download the form to Request a Transcript. Complete the form and either mail or drop off the form at any campus admission office. There is no charge for the transcript.
