How do I use NCTC Email and Webmail?

Full time faculty and staff will setup Outlook at their individual workstations. (Outlook should be set up at only one workstation. When not at your "home workstation," Webmail access should be used.)

How to set up Outlook at your workstation

Adjuncts use NCTC Webmail, the link is located at the bottom of the NCTC homepage. When using Webmail, your login ID is the same as the network ID. Which is the first initial of the first name and the full last name (on occasion duplicate user names are differentiated by use of the middle initial) John Smith's user ID would be: jsmith.

How to access NCTC WebMail

NCTC recently upgraded to Outlook WebMail 2007 which includes more of the features of Outlook 2007.

NCTC EMAIL IS NOT AVAILABLE BETWEEN MIDNIGHT AND 5 AM (WEBSERVERS ARE SERVICED DURING THESE HOURS.

How do I send Employee or Faculty Email?

TO SEND AN EMAIL TO ALL NCTC FULL TIME EMPLOYEES type the body of your email exactly as you would like it worded and seen by ALL NCTC full time employees, and send the message to: empmail@nctc.edu. All Empmails will then be sent out by the President's office.
TO SEND AN EMAIL TO ALL NCTC FACULTY, type the body of your email exactly as you would like it worded and seen by all NCTC faculty and send the message to: facmail@nctc.edu. All Facmails will then be sent out by the office of the Vice President of Instruction.
