Thursday, December 11, 2014 at 6pm

Friday, December 12, 2014 at 6pm
Career & Technical Education Degrees/Certificates,
Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts in Criminal Justice, Associate of Arts in Teaching and Associate of Science Degrees
Commencement ceremony will take place in the Lion's Field House (Gymnasium)
on the Gainesville Campus.
Students who plan to graduate from North Central Texas College at the end of the current semester should do the following:
1. Meet with your advisor to confirm graduation requirements are met. Comply with all requirements (pertaining to your degree and/or certificate) as detailed in the North Central Texas College Catalog.
2. Submit an Application for Graduation to the Admissions Office by the following deadline:

3. Purchase graduation regalia (cap and gown) at the NCTC Bookstore. Extra tassels, caps and gowns may not be available at the ceremony.
4. Confirm all academic and financial obligations (holds) have been met to ensure mailing of your diploma.

Diplomas will be mailed to students after commencement. Students should receive their diplomas within 8-10 weeks after the end of the term the student has applied to graduate, pending the completion of degree requirements.
A professional photographer selected by North Central Texas College takes color photographs of each certificate or degree candidate as he/she crosses the stage receiving the diploma. You can view photographs online a couple of weeks after the ceremony.

It is the responsibility of the certificate/degree candidate to contact Beverly Goddard regarding accommodations that the graduate may need.
