Congratulations to the May Class of 2014!!
Congratulations on your achievement and milestones you have reached at North Central Texas College. Commencement will be as follows:
Thursday, May 8, 2014 at 6pm
All Health Sciences, Cosmetology and Law Enforcement
Friday, May 9, 2014 at 6pm
Advanced and Applied Technology Degrees/Certificates,
Associate of Arts, Associate of Arts in Teaching, Associate of Science Degrees
Commencement ceremony will take place in the Lion's Field House (Gymnasium)
on the Gainesville Campus.

Apply for Graduation
Students who plan to graduate from North Central Texas College at the end of the current semester should do the following:
1. Submit an application for graduation to the Admissions Office by October 1st for December ceremony or March 1st for the May ceremony. Students graduating in August should submit their application by August 1st; however, if they wish to attend the May ceremony they would need it turned in by March 1st. An application must be submitted if you plan to graduate, even if you do not intend on participating in the ceremony.

2. Comply with all requirements (pertaining to your degree and/or certificate) as detailed in the North Central Texas College Catalog.
3. All holds must be cleared.

Diplomas will be mailed to students after commencement. Students should receive their diplomas within 8-10 weeks after the end of the term the student has applied to graduate, pending the completion of degree requirements.
A professional photographer selected by North Central Texas College takes color photographs of each certificate or degree candidate as he/she crosses the stage receiving the diploma. You can view photographs online a couple of weeks after the ceremony.
Disability-Related Needs of Certificate/Degree Candidates and Guests
Certificate/Degree candidates and guests who have disability-related needs requiring assistance for Commencement, should contact Kate Richardson, Graduation Coordinator, at 940-668-7731 ext. 4403 or email@example.com to make arrangements. It is the responsibility of the certificate/degree candidate to contact Kate Richardson regarding accommodations that the graduate may need.
DEADLINE: Disability services and accommodations cannot be arranged after Monday of the week of Commencement.
