Housing & Residence Life

Housing is only available on the Gainesville Campus. Living on campus in the Residence Halls can greatly enhance a student's collegiate experiences—not only through participation in on-campus activities but also through learning to live in a community setting. The staff members in the Residence Halls are there "twenty-four-seven" to assist the students and meet their needs. Residence Life has many advantages for students who are straight out of high school or for students returning to college after taking a number of years off. The residence life experience enables students to be independent while teaching valuable life lessons in a safe environment.

To schedule a tour of the residence halls and the NCTC campus, contact Nancy Kirk at nkirk@nctc.edu.

Fall Housing 2014

Bonner & Hays Hall are currently accepting male applications for the 2014 Fall semester. There is currently a female waiting list. Students may submit their housing application and $150 deposit to be placed on the waiting list. If NCTC is unable to provide the student housing, the students full deposit will be returned or credited towards their existing balance.

NCTC requires that any incoming new student who lives on campus must either receive a vaccination against bacterial meningitis (10 days prior to move-in) or meet certain criteria for declining such a vaccination before they can live on campus. Specific information on how to provide this documentation visit  Meningitis Law & Information Page.

Residents can contact Daisy Garcia after August 1st to get their hall assignment and roommate contact information
