A lot of
emphasis is put into giving student leaders the tool that they will
need to be a successful leader. Therefore, each semester is
started off with a leadership conference. The Fall leadership
retreat is for any student interested in sharpening their leadership
skills as well as meeting other campus leaders. While the
Spring Conference is solely for student organization officers or committee
chairs.
