Access SMARTHINKING through your ANGEL account. Go to www.angel.nctc.edu and login. Look for the SMARTHINKING logo and click on "Go to SMARTHINKING."

GUIDELINES FOR USING SMARTHINKING

• You may use up to 10 hours of SMARTHINKING tutoring services over the course of an academic year (fall through summer).
• Each time you login to SMARTHINKING, you are docked 20 minutes of time regardless of how brief your question is. It is best to accumulate several questions before logging into SMARTHINKING so you make the best use of your allotted time.
• You will be informed by SMARTHINKING once you reach your 10-hour limit. At that point you will need to meet with a Student Success Center staff member in order to possibly be granted additional hours. Receiving additional hours is NOT guaranteed--it is contingent upon the total number of SMARTHINKING hours still remaining for the current academic year.
