If a student is under 18 years of age, however, they would need to call the TimelyCare support line (833-4-TIMELY) with their parent/guardian so they can complete a Minor Consent Form. An account will be created for the parent/guardian that shares credentials with the student. Once the student turns 18, the student will be able to create their own account.
