Cosmetology

Cosmetology is the study, skill or practice of beautifying the hair, skin and nails.

At NCTC, you get hands-on training with the latest salon products. Our goal is to prepare you to pass the state board exam for your Cosmetology Operator’s license. Cosmetology students are taught services such as hair cutting, coloring, and braiding, manicures, pedicures, and facials. Classes start each semester including summers.

NCTC’s Cosmetology program curriculum is governed by the Texas Department of Licensing and Regulations (TDLR).
