Veterans Day Concert
Join us for a salute to our Veterans as we perform music from all over the globe at this very special concert presented by North Central Texas Winds!
Admission is FREE!
Bowie Trunk or Treat
Join us for the NCTC Bowie Trunk or Treat! This event is free and open to the public with free concessions and a live DJ! For the kids we’ll have Trick or Treating, bounce houses, outdoor games, a pumpkin patch for photos, and face painting. Adults are welcome to explore the Bowie campus and learn about NCTC programs and services.
8th Grade Career Fair
NCTC will be holding the annual 8th Grade Career Fair at the Gainesville campus for Cooke County schools! Students will have the opportunity to explore 5 career programs during the day.
Guest Speaker: Thomas Koulopoulos
Author and futurist Tom Koulopoulos will speak on Gigatrends, six tech trends that are shaping the future of how we live, work and play.
Champions Circle Grand Opening
Celebrate the grand opening of NCTC's Champion's Circle Training Center, located in southern Denton County. This specialized facility is dedicated to providing high-quality workforce training and developing programs aimed at equipping students with the skills needed to enter the workforce in a variety of fields.
Creativity Awards
Join us for the Creativity Awards Ceremony!
Award announcements begin at 6:30 PM followed by keynote speaker Allison Adelle Hedge Coke and readings from the winners. A book signing will follow the event!
DECADES: 100 Years of NCTC
Come and celebrate the last 100 years of NCTC as the Performing Arts programs take you through the era by looking at each decade of the last 100 years.

All NCTC students and the Denton community are invited to the Denton Community Job Fair! Connect and network with over 50 local employers across multiple industries who will be actively hiring and recruiting for open positions. Interview attire recommended. Bring multiple copies of your polished resume.

Tributes - A Salute to American Heroes
Join us for this musical tribute to all those who have served our nation, including a special tribute to President Kennedy as we mark 60 years after his passing. This free 60-member North Central Texas Winds performance is one you won't want to miss. See you there!
Concert will be held in the First State Bank Center for the Performing Arts - NCTC Gainesville.
Salem Witch Hunts Special Lecture
Join us for an interesting 45-minute broom ride into the heart of the Salem Witch Hunts and Trials! We'll delve into Salem Village where history and myth entwine.
This free special lecture is open to all NCTC students and community members. Lecture will be held in Corinth 258.
NCTC Poster Contest

Winds Concert
This is a free admission concert by the new 55-member ensemble comprised of NCTC students and other talented musicians from the North Central Texas area. Join us at the Denton High School Auditorium (3001 Bronco Way, Denton, TX 76207), October 22nd at 2:30 PM.
Arise and Sing Concert
Arise and Sing will take you on a journey through songs all about the joy of making music. All are welcome to come and enjoy this free event presented by the NCTC Music Department; featuring the NCTC College Ensemble and Singers, and special guest artist Dr. Brent Wallace.

Kids can enjoy trick or treating, bounce houses, outdoor games, and a photo contest. Adults can explore the Bowie campus and learn about the programs and services available there.
