NCTC Announces Honor Lists for Spring 2023 Semester
North Central Texas College announced this week its official listings of students recognized for outstanding academic achievement during the recently concluded Spring 2023 semester.
NCTC Invited to Join Course Sharing Program
NCTC has been invited by the Texas Higher Education Coordinating Board to join ten Texas community colleges in launching a statewide Course Sharing program that will increase access to online courses for students enrolled in Texas colleges and universities. As part of this project, NCTC students will have the opportunity to co-enroll in partnering community colleges and complete online academic, career, and technical courses that will count towards certificate and degree completion.
Corinth Campus Construction and Alternative Route
NOTICE: As of August 2nd, 2023 construction is complete and the street is back open!
Effective Monday, June 12, 2023, the main entrance to the NCTC Corinth Campus will be closed due to city construction. Detour signs will be posted but, please see the attached map for instructions on entering and exiting the campus while construction is ongoing.

Creativity Awards 2023
Previously known as the Creative Writing Awards, North Central Texas College kicked off the first annual Creativity Awards on April 27th, 2023. Author, Maria Dahvana Headley, attended this event as the honorary guest speaker for the evening.

Medal of Honor Museum
Work has officially begun on the long-awaited Medal of Honor Museum. As the most patriotic small town in America, organizations across Gainesville have partnered to make this dream a reality. As a longtime partner in the Medal of Honor Host City Program, NCTC Gainesville campus is proud to be the future home of this MOH museum. Funding for the museum was secured through generous donations and by the Medal of Honor Host City Program, City of Gainesville, and that State of Texas.
